  The way I run a business is a little unorthodox. I have streams of consciousness that flow when it flows and usually i just spit it all out at anytime of the day to my staff. Their jobs is to "jot down" whatever I said and strive to make it happen in the days to come. Yet my streams keep coming day after day. so as you can imagine, there is a lot of balls to keep up with. The good news is, when they get overwhelmed, I also help them, but most of the time they are so diligent and on it, that things run flawlessly. We deal with a lot of other entities: Booking agencies, managers, publicity, promoters, AD group members, various publishing, and record labels, various artists etc. They are my face to many people and every time you represent me WONDERFULLY!
